The programme covers the full range of high-stakes situations founders face: investor pitches, media and podcast interviews, conference presentations, panel discussions, and on-camera content. Each session builds on the last.

Pre-work Video Audit
Before Session 1, you submit a short uncoached recording. Your coach reviews it and diagnoses exactly what is happening - so the first session begins with specific observations, not general questions.
Session 1 Intake and First Wins
A structured intake to understand your specific situations, what happens when you perform, and where the gap actually is. You leave with two or three things to work with immediately.
Session 2 What You Can't See Yourself
Your coach walks you through exactly how you come across - what the camera or the room reveals that you cannot see from the inside. Voice, body language, energy, pacing. Specific and direct.
Session 3 The Hot Seat
Live simulation of your highest-stakes scenario - a pitch, an interview, a presentation opening. Real-time direction, multiple takes, precise feedback. You leave knowing exactly what to drill.
Session 4 The Final Take
You return having practised. Remaining sticking points are addressed. Full uninterrupted run-through. You watch it back together. You leave with your personalised Presence Quick Reference - a one-page guide for every performance going forward.
